By accessing or using SpeedPulse.tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
2. Use License & Acceptable Use
Permission is granted to temporarily run automated and manual speed tests, DNS queries, and diagnostic benchmarks for personal or commercial network evaluation.
You agree NOT to:
- Conduct distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks against our edge testing endpoints.
- Reverse engineer the chunked multi-stream speed test workers for malicious amplification.
- Scrape or flood diagnostic APIs with high-concurrency bots exceeding standard rate limits.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties
The materials and diagnostic tests on SpeedPulse.tools are provided on an 'as is' basis. SpeedPulse makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SpeedPulse.tools or its network infrastructure providers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the diagnostic materials on SpeedPulse.tools.
